Information Disclosure

In compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the “Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuers of Listed Securities” (hereinafter referred to as the “Timely Disclosure Rules”) set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we conduct timely and appropriate disclosures. Even for information not subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules, if it is deemed likely to affect investment decisions, we strive to disclose it proactively to meet the expectations of our investors.

Disclosure Methods

Information disclosed in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules is made available through TDnet, provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and is promptly shared with the media. Information published via TDnet is also promptly posted on our website.

Quiet Period

To prevent the leakage of financial information, we have established a quiet period for IR activities from the day following the end of each quarterly financial period until the day of the quarterly financial results announcement. During this period, we refrain from responding to inquiries or making comments regarding financial results and forecasts. However, if any facts requiring timely disclosure occur during this period, we will disclose them timely and appropriately.

Others

To communicate IR information promptly and fairly to our shareholders and investors, we have established a “INVESTOR RELATIONS” section on our website. While we aim to post disclosed information on our website as promptly as possible after it is made public, there may be delays in posting due to technical issues or other factors.
