    When was ITFOR Inc. established?
    December 2, 1972.
    When was the Company listed?
    The Company first publicly listed its shares on JASDAQ on February 15, 2000. Subsequently, it transitioned to the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Second Section on April 8, 2005, and then to the First Section on March 1, 2006. Following the Tokyo Stock Exchange's restructuring of market categories, the Company moved to the Prime Market on April 4, 2022.
    What are the main business activities?
    The Company Group provides a comprehensive range of services, including software design, development, sales, and maintenance, as well as the sale and installation of system equipment and infrastructure. Additionally, we offer BPO (business process outsourcing) services for the public sector.

    ITFOR Inc. is engaged in the design and development of software and system infrastructure, as well as the procurement and sale of system equipment. EeB Corporation is dedicated to software development, while AISEL Corporation handles the customization of some of our packaged systems.

    ITFOR Inc. provides software maintenance and operations, cloud services, and BPO services. ICR Co., Ltd., CVC Co., Ltd., and ITFOR・BeX Inc. provide BPO services, while Syddy Inc. is dedicated to providing digital services and payment processing.

    The origin of our company name reflects our desire to be a service provider that delivers optimal IT solutions for our customers. For example, phrases like “IT for XX Bank ” and “IT for Regional Revitalization” convey our commitment to being close to our clients and providing new value to society.
